Shanette Hall - Secretary

Shanette Hall has served in the criminal justice field for over a decade. She is a hard-working professional who has been consistently praised as quality-oriented by co-workers and the community. Throughout her career, she has developed a skill set directly relevant to transforming law enforcement including strategic planning, safety training and cultural change.

Overall, she has demonstrated management skills, leadership and organizational abilities in every aspect of her administrative, police officer, and Law Enforcement Instructor roles. Her service continues outside of her Police Department into board member/commissioner roles with the Ethical Society of Police, St. Louis County Human Relations Commission, and the National Association of Black Law Enforcement Officers. Shanette has been recognized for her service and achievements with several awards from both local and national organizations.
