The Board of Directors and General Membership of the National Association of Black Law Enforcement Officers, Inc. join the nation in offering our heartfelt congratulations to President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris.
NABLEO and it’s membership are proud to congratulate President-Elect Joe Biden and Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris. We note with great pride that Vice President Elect Kamala Harris is the first woman and the first person of color elected to serve in this office. We offer both congratulations and prayers for their successful tenure in office. We pledge our support for their efforts to unify our nation and promote equality and justice for all. This election marks a beginning, not the end of the struggle for peace and harmony as we move forward as one nation.
It is now time for all members of our great nation, Black, White, rich, poor, liberal, conservative, to fully set aside our differences and begin the work of supporting the leadership of the new administration, to bring about true change in economic empowerment and social justice for our communities. We must join together to turn the page and open a new chapter in history, and rebuild a more inclusive and just society.
