Starling Martinez - 2023 Scholarship Winner
Starling is a Sophomore at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida. He was born in the Dominican Republic and migrated to the United States where he lives in the Hyde Park neighborhood in Boston. He is devoted to his studies and wants to be a pilot. has been an active participant in many police programs and continues to be a stand-up leader in his community.
